Submissions open for Wexford Bohemian #5

Posted by Wally O Neill on

The flagship publication of Red Books Press has open submissions for issue 5. The Wexford Bohemian was launched in 2020 and, through four epic editions, has highlighted the works of over one hundred and fifty writers and artists.

The Bohemian is a literary journal based in Wexford town. Founded in Red Books, Wexford's own eccentric independent bookstore, The Wexford Bohemian was inspired by the roots of several Irish anthologies along with the City Lights Pocket Poets Series.

The first edition of The Wexford Bohemian sold out in less than 24 hours and, since then, thousands of individual submissions have been received from across the globe.

The Bohemians editor Alanna Hammel officially opened the submission at the recent Vive Le Boheme event at Red Books, where the best of the Bohemian was celebrated.
